Paris Saint German’s Neymar is the latest football star to test positive for Coronavirus. After the Champion’s League final loss, Neymar went to Ibiza for a holiday. Neymar received the test results on Wednesday is in good health and following all the necessary protocols.

Neymar is currently in is home isolation for 14 days. According to the reports, football will be missing the first two games of the new season for PSG. The first game will be played on September 10th against Lens and the Classique against Marseille on September 13th. A further source confirmed that Neymar is due to be retested. Neymar’s teammate Angel Di Maria is also in self-isolation after testing positive for coronavirus. Argentina International also went on a holiday to Ibiza.
Teammate Leandro Paredes, who spent his holidays with Di Maria on the Spanish Islands, has tested positive as well and is also in self-isolation. Neymar is the latest high-profile soccer player to test positive for coronavirus. PSG are due to play at Lens for their first Ligue 1 game. PSG’s first match against Metz at the Parc des Princes was postponed due to the team’s participation in the Champions League final.
The COVID rules for Ligue 1
