The Bangladeshi minister also spoke on the occasion. He said, “We will make Natore as a development role model. In this endeavor, our neighbor India will be with us in the coming days. ”
Sri Sri Jai Kali Mata Temple is one of the mythological temples located in Natore, Bangladesh. It was first built in the 18th century by the Diwan of Bahani Rani at Natore and Datram Roy, the founder of the Dighapatia Rajshahi family. The temple of Lord Shiva is also established in the premises of this temple. Apart from this, Durga and Kali Puja is celebrated with great enthusiasm every year in this temple.
Significantly, in Bangladesh, India has not taken up the task of rebuilding the temple alone. According to some reports, efforts are being made to construct Ramakrishna Temple and to make Sri Sri Annamayiji Kali Mata Temple as before. Apart from this, the Government of India plans to build the ground floor and first floor of Mahiganj Girls High School and some colleges.
