Cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar has been found COVID-19 positive. This information has been shared by Sachin himself on Twitter. Sachin has quarantined himself at home. He was recently seen in the 'Road Safety World Series Challenge' tournament of former cricketers in Raipur.
In his tweet, he writes, I have been testing myself and taking all the recommended precautions to ensure covid is kept at bay. However, I’ve tested positive today following mild symptoms. All others at home have tested negative. I’ve quarantined myself at home and I am following all the necessary protocols as advised by my doctors. I want to thank all the healthcare professionals who are supporting me and many others across the country. Take care all of you”
In the Road Safety World Series, Sachins team India Legends won the final where India Legends defeated Sri Lanka Legends. Sachin Tendulkar is the only cricketer who has played 200 Test matches with a record of 15921 runs in the Test match and 18426 runs with 463 matches in ODIs. He has 49 centuries in one-day Internationals and 51 centuries in Test matches on his name.
