Sanjay Raut admitted to Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai
Senior Shiv Sena leader and its chief spokesperson Sanjay Raut was admitted to Lilavati Hospital in Bandra on Wednesday evening and is scheduled to undergo angioplasty, his brother and legislator Sunil Raut said.
"He has been admitted to Lilavati Hospital and will undergo angioplasty after angiography on Thursday afternoon", said Sunil Raut.
Three Bengaluru men convicted by special NIA court
A special National Investigations Agency court in Bengaluru on Wednesday convicted three men in connection with a fake currency racket case within three years of their arrest. At the time of their arrest, police had recovered fake currency notes of the face value of Rs 6,84,000.
Mohammed Sajjad Ali, MG Raju, and Abdul Kadir pleaded guilty and were sentenced to six years of simple Imprisonment along with a fine of Rs 10,000, five years of simple Imprisonment along with a fine of Rs 5,000 and two years of simple imprisonment along with a fine of Rs 5,000 respectively.
No guidelines on affixing posters
The Centre informed the Supreme Court on Thursday that its guidelines do not contain any instructions regarding affixing posters and signages outside the homes of COVID-19 patients and there cannot be any stigma attached to it.
“The Central government guidelines do not require this", Solicitor General Tushar Mehta.
Air quality 'very poor' in Ghaziabad, Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad
Noida (UP), Dec 3 (PTI) The average air quality was recorded in the "very poor" category across Ghaziabad, Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad and Gurgaon in the national capital region on Thursday, data from a government agency showed.
On Wednesday the AQI, it was 421 in Ghaziabad, 406 in Greater Noida, 394 in Noida, 326 in Faridabad and 324 in Gurgaon. It was 424 in Ghaziabad, 388 in Greater Noida, 387 in Noida, 335 in Faridabad and 311 in Gurgaon on Tuesday.
